ooooooooh what an ass am i!! :beat:

Was the coolant light not the oil! (looked to me as an engine with oil on the bottom) I just needed to top it up a bit! it would help if my manual was not in german ... thumbsdown

You must have been relieved when you found out it was the coolant light

I would be really worried about the costs of repairing the engine if the oil-light would have came on ;o Glad it got sorted out ok

sure i was!! The thing is that i asked a friend to help me out with the car (he has all the equipment, lifts tools, knowledge) and he said he would take a look... we opened up the bonnet and i saw the same simbol on the water cup as it was appearing in the dash ... UPS :unsure:
