Bloody hell, I must drive like my gran. I was well chuffed with my 82.15, there must have been a problem with the car, or I was running on new tyres or something, your cars were all faster than mine.. :P

I think we've got confooozed here, there is the West circuit (which is what I posted) and steeetboy/stuntman are talking about the South circuit. I believe there is some debate about streetboys claims however, especially as the Bookatrack BBS was moaning about a guy in a black VX who was "contantly holding people up" :D

I think we are mixing circuits here. Some of the times I have seen quoted for the west circuit, border on the time set by Justion Wilson in the formula Audi car. Are we mixing the times for the south circuit perhaps? Just a thought!

When I did the motorsport sensation, I managed 73 seconds for the west circuit in the Palmer Audi (pretty good given I found it impossible to change gear and achieved this time stuck in 3rd gear for the whole lap), the fastest on the day was I think 69 seconds and the instructors were gobsmacked that someone could do it so quick. I have a feeling Justin Wilson did it around 68 seconds (I have a telemetry printout of my lap superimposed on his). On the south circuit in the Palmer Jaguar (prototype sports car, V6 turbo, sequential box very nice) I did 69 seconds I think (I will check it when I get home), and 71 seconds in the VXT (again I could be wrong I will check tonight)

I took an F3000 driver round Donny for a few slow laps to teach him the lines. Of course I held some people up, I was driving like a girl. poof But deliberately so.

Thorney, on the other hand, drives like a girl all the time. That's why he has to make his car faster. :P
