That seems pretty low, even considering JT's warning about not expecting too much. My RR figures at Regal's newly installed (last year) dyno was 158bhp with their remap. I've since had a TMS stage 2 map installed. My car is currently a stage 2+ but without a sports cat, which will soon be addressed :D

Yep - a few :( faces! [BTW - the 2+ was with 200 cell miltek sports cat too] Thats why I was impressed with my figures in comparison. One VXT had 255 at Courtney and 225 at TMS.

sorry, I was wondering if you were :( about your RR result, but I see from your edit that you're not thumbsup . I'm surprised that Courtenay show 30bhp more on that VXT, who do you believe

So what was the standard NA if all these modded ones seem so underpowered?

I think that RR's vary completely.

After speaking to John he said he has tried everything to match BHP readings at other places - but cant!

My BHP wasnt far off the stage 2/+ would be interested in RR'ing it at another place.

No-ones results were published, so it was difficult to know who had what stage of tune to their car unlees you were a nosey bar-steward and asked.

End of the day, it's a headline figure. It's how the car drives and how you perceive it is what counts thumbsup

Mind you, everyone still likes to quote how fast and furious their car is :D :D

So,

1 bhp less than a 2+ then?

Edit: I'd be interested to see both the graphs though thumbsup

Strange I know!

Please note my ammendment to the thread I linked to in my first post on this thread! A HUGE difference!

Just realised the figure at the graph at the bottom shows BHP at the wheels!!!!

So that would be 142 bhp at the wheels

:beat:  :beat:  :beat:
:beat:  :beat:  :beat:
:beat:  :beat:  :beat:
:beat:  :beat:  :beat:
:beat:  :beat:  :beat:

That would be a big difference to my current figure - I might want to take it to John Wilcox to have a more accurate comparison using the same RR.

Sorry!

Please disregard this thread!
