Just had a quick surf on eBay and imagine my surprise when I found the old clam from my insurance repair a couple of weeks ago up for auction!
I had enquired about taking it away at the time but decided it would be too much time and effort collecting it (I'd probably have needed to borrow a van). Clearly some random bod from the dealership managed to get hold of it, and is now going to get at least £30 from selling it!
Just shows nothing from a VX is ever worthless eh!

PS if anyone plans to bid on the above, please note its a 2005 model, not 2003, the paint finish outside the damaged area is flawless due to it being Paintshielded when I bought it. Which means the stuff probably still needs removing by anyone wishing to attempt a repair...
