The basic answer is in a straight line the VXT wins but on a very bendy circuit the NA has more grunt out of the corner due to not having turbo lag....

Eh, maybe if you drive the whole circuit in 5th ?

Can't say I've ever noticed lag on track.. if you do then you're doing it all wrong

In fact the Turbo has pretty much zero lag to speak of at all
