I never see any of you lot on this.. are you all playing other games now?? I'm hooked and spend most of my xbox time on this now, great fun.. Anybody fancy joining one of my rooms next time on?

I got this for christmas, though because of what happened at christmas I haven't played it yet, it's on the PC and even my new PC, which is a fairly good spec apparently does have the recommended processor speed!! WHen I get better at it (once I've actually played), I may be up for some inline games, that is if a PC version can paly against guys on Xbox.

Not heard anything about PC/xbox compatibility Ash, I don't think it's a goer unfortunately.. By the way, you can't plan missions on the xbox version, I'm guessing PC will be the same.. Not heard of this VGA problem Crimson, is it that bad? I'll get a request over siztenboots

That's what I thought, you guys have an online Xbox account or something don't you?
It's a shame you can't plan the missions though, that was a very interesting aspect of the original Rainbow Six game.
PS if anyone here hasn't read the book, I'd recommend it.

I was using the VGA cable on my 42" LG Plasma (Granted not HD but HD Ready ie takes HD signals)

they did an update which enabled 1080p (rather than 1080i) for using the HD DVD player and "fixed a problem" that stoped some Sony Bravias from only being able to use 720p in VGA.

Low and behold the fix allows Sony Bravias to work fine but now my TV only produces sound and a Black screen. Its the same for a few other brands of TV's

Its Microsofts testing regieme....

"does it work on the bravia.....yep.....ok then lets put it out.....but what about the other models should we not test them...... nahhh it will be fine.....!!User Update complete!!.... so does it work on the bravia for the users... yep other models are reporting problems though......... ahh well somthing else for us to f**k up next time"

Tif im on this every night but I can never join your games for some reason. Also you do team sharpshooter alot and tbh im bored of them. What rank are you? Im one click of captain.... Do you often find 1 terrorist left that is impossible to find ? This happens all the time for us and makes it very slow to get a mission accomplished reward. Still only specialist ( for above reason )

Happens on LVU 9 times out of 10. Dantes is the one to run. If you use the same team of friends and you have it together then you can turn over 600 points in about 3 mins. LVU should take about 5mins however the one guy left over can cause a game to run into 10mins or more. Not good for XP whoring. Best way to do LVU is go high at the begining (take a shield / raging bull / D eagle combo). Clear the top hall and wait until the doors are open a the guys from the corridor or cleared. You should have 15-17 left. Then down to the back door and kill the two that appear there I(unless they are already dead). Go back in and clear any left over in the rooms and go through the front door. Leg it down the step over the courtyard to security, shut the door behind you. Here get one of your mates to cover the door. Get in position in the hall near the nib on the wall to the right and get your shield up. Shoot the door stantion and the rest of the guys should come. If at this point you are left with 9-10 guys then that means the roof has not spawned neither has the room on the far right of the main building. All you do is smoke or frag the computers in the main ground floor area and they should then spawn. Quickly run back to your position (done turn and run or they will shoot you in the back) like before making noise as you go. They then will come and your done. If anyone wants a quick Dantes spoiler give me a shout

I haven't done a sharpshooter for ages, not that keen really. I'm currently playing through online co-op with a set team so I'm avoiding levels I haven't got too yet (I'm doing the whole game online, nothing single player!). My group is usually playing 'attack and defend', it's our favourite game because tactics and smart teams usually win, not the person with the fastest trigger finger! If I see you on next time I've got a room open, I'll get an invite over to you..

the missing terrorists are due to using incendary and the counts not updating correctly. try shooting them dead as well.

On most night usually in the killhouse we run a private server and it keeps all the 14yr old idiots out... Add 'mr simba' to your friends list and I'll send the invites out, could allways do with a few extra UMP45's...
