the 5 is what teh website list as a direct replacement for the standard plugs. the 6 is the same but just a ''cooler'' plug and as thorney has said, is recommended for stage 2 use. (as a bit of further useless knowledge.. if your using nitrous oxide you should use cooler plugs too) the gap distance is irrelevant to that code. when you order them it says the gap is preset.. on the comments page just ask for the gap to be preset at 0.8mm? if you have weak sparks from either dodgy coilpacks or dodgy plugs (IIRC theres actually quite a high percentage of the produced spark plugs which are quite poor when new?) with a high turbo pressure or if your using nitrous oxide the spark can really struggle to perform correctly.. i'm going to order some of those 6's ready for S2 remap time which should be pretty soon once my milltek cat arrives!
