The original Mallory was/is on the Sunday - Partridge is on the SELOC one at Mallory which is on the Saturday I'd say waste another £100 and come anyway :D

There is a bit of a mix in the threads... I originally posted mallory on the SUNDAY with BOOKATRACK..... Mr T then said do SELOC for a tenner less on the Saturday..... Hence the confusion

I did not even realise there was a SELOC day at Mallory and if I had I still would not have gone. The track just ain't worth it IMO. And Sunday was always out because I will be working. Bedford Autodrome on the other hand will be much more FUN. You are right tho' it is a shame we can't all go to the same track. :(

Is Mallory that bad? I haven't yet paid for it but Partridge has and I feel bad if we left him on his own - hence me going. I guess as we now have so many track addicts here now ( :D ) we should co-ordinate our plans more.

Well I reckon it is about as interesting as a big roundabout. Less than 58 seconds on the bike. How about I put in a tenner for partridge to give Mallory up and come wit the boyz!

Where are people going from, I know I'm furthest south and is a long boring drive on me own. Wondered if I could meet up with anyone en route? Ian

I'll stick in a tenner for Partridge also, I was going to do the Seloc meet, so I probably added to the confusuion By the way I like Mallory, BUT, last time I dd it was on a 1977 Yamaha RD400E earlystocks racer, which makes even the straightest track feel twisty! Chris

Looks like:- - Streetboy - Me - Minime - R1 NUR - P11 COV - Earlystock - Rubber - Mark (Exige) Might be worth slapping your name down on the reserves - you should be in the first few....

Guys, just back from the weekend, read the posts, touched by the sentiments. Thorney, I know many of the seloc party at Mallory, so I wont be lonely, and a non Lotus owning friend of mine is booked in as well. For that reason I will not change. Echo R1's sentiments on the track. Did Bedford with RMA last November, it is a fantastic circuit and would be my choice, but the die is cast. December 13th is more interesting. I am in France for the week, considering curtailing that week a day early to get back to the UK for Hethel (which is another circuit not well endowed with run-off IIRC). Only difficulty is Mrs P. Perhaps the £10 whip round can go towards my divorce? Andrew
