Easy tiger.....How can we honestly state our level of interest if there is not even a ball park figure? I might be interested but I am also interested in the Thorney's option too. Hope that helps!
I didn't want to post too much information until I had confirmed fitments. I should pick up my VXT within the next week, and will bolt a set of these on it straight away.
As for figures - you mean weight or price?
Price will be very good, wheels on their own should be less than £500, and we'll be able to offer good value wheel and tyre packages also.
Weight - not sure about this, but I can find out on Monday. They won't be much lighter than the standard wheels, but this package was more about allowing the fitment of 195 tyres on the front, than weight saving.
We will have more wheel options in a few months, which will be lightweight, but these aren't available at present.
Pete
P.S. Has Thorney reached the level of coolness where he's now "the Thorney"? I bet he'd have never thought that possible with the floppy hair of his....

Kind of....isnt this a mille meglia wheel? i think i have seen them on their web site!
It's manufactured by them, but not branded as M.M.
We're looking at getting them specially supplied in VX-friendly fitments, so we're still undecided about what brand to market them as.

If we're going to change, then preferably for lighter ones while we're at it.won't be much lighter than the standard wheels
We will have more wheel options in a few months, which will be lightweight, but these aren't available at present.
As Thorney has drawn a blank for lightweight rims for the standard 5 bolt fitting, I am very interested to see what you can offer.
Any new rim should also allow enough space for brake/disk upgrades.
Should also look at least "OK" not naff, and preferably be available in anthracite or black for those of us who prefer driving to cleaning – unless any brake/disk upgrade produces a lot less brake dust than standard. I know green stuff does, but would like more than just new pads.
Look forward to info on the lightweight option as soon as you've got it.
