This is a Scottishelise track day so the driving will be of the highest standards with a friendly butch of loti owners thumbsup Its sitting at 20 cars booked so 5 places left

Anyone else fancy coming along? This will be my first trackday in the Vx and it would be good to see some other Vxs on track admist all the lotii. :poke:

You might want to check if your car is OK for the track. I remember Dean (AngelPlayz) went to take his car on and they wouldn't let him because it wasn't race prepared. P.S if I can get my new brakes sorted by then I'll join you, If not I will deffo come down to support the VX's anyway.

??

No I went down and had a look and thought at the time that it wouldn't be wide enough for a "proper" track day as it only looked 8m wide at most.

Still, for £70 sounds like a bargain!!

As Noble said, how do I sign up?

Guys before I e-mail I want to know if I will be ok on track. It seems the Lotus lot are decent at all this track stuff. I have never been on track and dont know what to expect from the day at all. Is this day ok for a totaly track novice like me?

Noble you couldnt pick a better bunch of guys to have your first track session with - honestly. There will be plenty of volunteers on hand to help you out with lines, braking points etc etc. thumbsup chinky chinky If you are 100% honest about nerves etc then someone will take you out for a passenger lap to get you into the swing of things. Also VXJON hasn't been on track before either so you won't be on your own

I have mailed Paul at the address above. Even If I get to go and not do lap after lap I just really want to know what these days are like so I can slowly build up a trackday experience for myself. I really want to do I driver tuition trackday. Boro is only down the road and at £70 it is a chance to have a good experience at a great price. Fingers crossed there is a place.

They do an elise day which I fancy. I've also been carting on there a bit and agree with mike. I'd much rather fcuk it up in their elise than my vx.

Me and my blue turbo wil be there on the monday :D Paul has just confirmed that I have a spot. Just get to wax him the deposit. Well I better go get myself a helmet. The lads at work all ride bikes and said that if their spare ones fit I can use them. Will this be ok?
