Also a few peps have warned me not to touch the air filter/induction kit for the vxt if anyone can shed any light on this i would be grateful.


I think there were problems with AMM's failing on tubby's with aftermarket air filters.


There were probs on the turbos with the vipers and other air intakes. I ran a CDA of my Turbo for quite a while with no problems but generally people have given up with after market air filters on the turbo. Also they don't really improve performance.

P.S. Even on the N/A gains are negliable but they will improve the sound.

Sadly they say that the margins are being squeezed enough all ready, so however many people we get £176 is the cheapest they can do. One more out there anyone? 1. Vexed 2. Stubbow 3. Angelplayz 4. Snoopstah

Sorry guys, seems like I need a new steering rack, which could set me back anywhere between £200 for a recon one to £1200 fitted for a new one so I'm gonna have to put this on hold for now (which is annoying as it's a good price, and something which I do need to do as well) Theres a chance that if I can get away with reconing mine then it will only cost £100 ish so Imay still be in, but probably better to get somebody else for now (and at this price, I'm surprised theres not 10 or more buyers already!!) Maybe post details of this thread in the group buy room??

Ordered mine at lunchtime and there were 2 people left to pay...

Delivery was quoted as 3-5 working days though so i dont think i'll get it on before le mans :(

just to confirm that PIPER have developed an exhaust system for your car. It comes with twin 3" outwardly rolled tails and the price to yourself with discount is £399.00 inc vat.
There is also a de-cat pipe available @ £275.00. This can be purchased with a box built in or just a straight through silencer.
