It looks like a bargin at that price mate even if it you find its a little untidy around the edges when you go to view it. There are enough members in the north west area who would be willing to go and view it with you im sure. Its up on trader for 10K as well so you got it for a good price on that reflection.

Thanks for the offer, but he seems to of got the email i sent him asking him to cancel my bid (which he never) he has now relisted it, he probably didnt want to sell it for that price anyway if it genuinely was "mint".
Im going to keep looking and hopefully find something closer to me, which i will deffinately view before doing anything else this time.
