We've got some new exhausts coming through very shortly for the VXT. Below is an idea we've been working on for the tailpipes. What do you reckon?

Like the design, but unsure about the way the narrow at the end, might look a bit 'pinched' when on the car. I'd prefer them straight but still with the detailing cut in.

This a similar design to one that's been used on bike exhausts before, so is certainly different for a car system. I'm sure it'll look better in the metal than on the CAD screen!

2 thoughts: Diameter of opening would have to be at least that of standard exhaust, or it will look weak. Wouldn't a more angular cut-out pattern instead of the rounded one be more in keeping with the VX styling?

Agree with Speedyk. A design like that on the rear of the old F-14 jets (in top gun?) would mirror the lines of the rear light clusters. The Bottom pipe could be a mirror of the top creating a symmetrical design. All IMO! And if you can get the exhaust to flare up when the turbo spins up like an afterburner...now that would be worth it's weight in gold.
