:jump:
So they've finally started selling them (tho not for the NA  )

PLEASE bear in mind that he sells the elise ones for £370 buy-it-now, with a starting price of £300 Like these - so don't get carried away when bidding as I'm sure there'll be more sets thumbsup

Presumably they will have a similar life to Spax (tho I don't know if Spax use a nickel plated body like these), but these should be over £100 cheaper :)

These come with a two year warranty as well ;)

I have been trialing these for the company, i have done a track day at anglesey in them & they performed amazingly & faultlessly. I have about a 4/500 miles round trip to the trackday through wales & they were great on the road also. Deffinatley worth the money in my opinion! I think they will fit the NA aswell as i believe the only difference is the spring rates on stanard gear. Nitrons use the same spring rates for the turbo & NA i believe! Meagy

how do you find them on the road? on bumpy back roads? whenever ive changed suspension cars before ive always regretted it due to it always making the ride crashy/bumpy/uncomfortable on B roads where i do most of my driving.. anything other than smooth tarmac i hated.

dont want to make the same move again

:yeahthat:

My spring collars on the standard units are slowly crumbling!

Something like this is defo needed for the turbo. I would ideally replace with standard parts but don't want to spend the ridiculous money VXL want.

I also dont want the stiffness or price of nitrons/ohlins etc.

Something around the 500 note mark would be ideal.

Unfortunately mate, you are not going to get what you ask for with aftermarket suspension kits, even on nitrons they are rock hard on the road! Its one or the other, i find them ok on the b roads by me but round town they are trashy. I can live with it as i dont do many miles! If you ask the im sure they can suppply a softer set of springs so you can swop & change for trackdays etc.

Does this kit give you a lower ride height than standard, and how do you find the car on the track ?

yes nitrons are rock hard as they are track focused. nothing wrong with that if you want good track suspension.

gaz have a reputation for making road driving harsh. ( hence why i asked, and which you have now obviously confirmed) and still not making them track focused.

i believe its only the sachs that offer road comfort then from reports. with only a slight increase in track performance.
