Couple of questions.
- Does the Scanguage only take power from the OBD port or does it need another feed?
- And can the Scanguage provide some sort of change up light which I think the Interceptor can?
its take power from OBD only (Plug and go) and as for change up light ?? If u mean maximum gear change light, then no. but the display will change into so many color, from red, pink to blue

Just noticed with the new software you can get it to show "Remaining Oil Life" amoungst others:
http://cgi.ebay.com/...em=280165234124
Elapsed Time Since Engine Start
Knock Retard
Barometer V6
Barometer V8
A/F Ratio
Remaining Oil Life
Engine Torque
Transmission Fluid Temperature
I wonder how the hell it works that one out???
It wont work it out, the ECU would (if the ECU supported oil life software) and then publish the life left value.
So in short the VX wont do that.

have fun. With a bit of trial and error you can get an exact colour match to the stack display
I am well chuffed with mine. If you have a read on their site and a bit of a fiddle you can get it to show the BHP the engine is currently producing
