Live just down the road from them. Give ALex a call, and tell them a guy with a sliver VX told u and see if u get it for £100 ;)

Couple of questions. - Does the Scanguage only take power from the OBD port or does it need another feed? - And can the Scanguage provide some sort of change up light which I think the Interceptor can? chinky chinky

its take power from OBD only (Plug and go) and as for change up light ?? :o If u mean maximum gear change light, then no. :rolleyes: but the display will change into so many color, from red, pink to blue :lol:

I got my one from these people:

Paid £88 inc postage from states. No difference to the UK supplied ones from what i can see.

Arrived within 1 week.

Yeah I looked in to it but it is sods law I would get knobbled for customs duty :(

Just noticed with the new software you can get it to show "Remaining Oil Life" amoungst others:

Remaining Oil Life
Engine Torque
Transmission Fluid Temperature

I wonder how the hell it works that one out???

It wont work it out, the ECU would (if the ECU supported oil life software) and then publish the life left value.
So in short the VX wont do that.

Can I assume this device will not connect to a PC?

If it won't, I guess I'm still better off buying one of these.

Not from what I can see, it isnt really a data logger as such, it only really keeps daily max values for things.

Just to let you all know it has just I have just received my Scangauge £85.00 delivered direct from the scangauge website thanks to a weak dollar (only took 2 day to arrive so must be coming from a UK supplier). Haven't used it yet as it is a Christmas present. Looks neat though. :D Cheers Oakmere

have fun. With a bit of trial and error you can get an exact colour match to the stack display thumbsup

I am well chuffed with mine. If you have a read on their site and a bit of a fiddle you can get it to show the BHP the engine is currently producing thumbsup

Just to warn you I have just received a customs bill for £20.00 :( Still cheap at £105.00 but not as good as £85.00. Oh well you live and learn. Cheers Oakmere
