what I found when I removed the complete heater box was a tar covered stone stuck in the way of the heat control flap, this meant it would not close fully to allow all the heat through
I've just got back from a spin (with the roof on)and I had to have the window down because it was too hot with the heater on
Can you remove the heater unit from the underside or do you have to take out the battery and wiggle it out past all those cables?
Been toying with the idea of removing mine as it's a bit broken.
