I thought it would be a good idea to add a database of available Wheel Options for the VX with photos and information so I created one this evening.

http://www.lotuscars.../rbf/wheels.php

It only has 12 Wheel types to begin with (didn't have more time tonight) but will add more over the coming days. I will also add more information such as ET & Width.

Any suggestions?

Please feel free to add any info that is missing/wrong and I will add it to the site, also post up or send me pictures of more wheeltypes and I will add them as well. (contact@lotuscars.se)

Kind regards

Great piece of work, very useful to see all these together. thumbsup If I can't have a set of speedlines I'm beginning to warm to the compomotive 2s. Turbo wheels still look at least as good though.

Good Idea, would be good to have different colour standard wheels on different cars. There are always "pic request - Blue car with athratcite turbo alloys" threads etc thumbsup

The centre console on this is a right dogs dinner! The interiors on some of those VX's look like the cabin of a 17 year old's 1.1 saxo!

Top stuff thumbsup TDs or Oz do it for me. Unless any are magnesium, in which case  What about LY wheels and athracite (?spelling?) Turbo wheels?? From TMS site about the TDs 'Weighing in at only 7.3kg's the front wheel saves over 3kg's in weight over standard so turn in is far better' and 'The rear wheel weighs just under 8kg's (a 2.8kg saving over standard) and is slightly wider (7.5) so are perfectly set up for the car'

There is a photo of LY wheels under the NA 2.2 wheels since it's the same wheel, will add more colour options once I get some photos ready :)

Will add the TD weights late today, thanks thumbsup

Does anyone have the front/rear weights for the NA, VXT and VXR wheels available btw?
I know there are some figures floating around the forum but not sure if they are very accurate.

i had a set od these and they dont sell them any, more, it was a limited production run and were only ever available across the chanel! they came with disclaimers saying track use only, they are easy to bend esp if u tap a kerb etc, the ats dtm wheels howerver came with road legal use!

Great job well done. I saw a set of Astra SXi wheel fitted on this site which looked very good, as I remember they needed a small spacer to be fitted.
