Thread revival time. Having read this and a few other threads, is there much point in shelling out the £90ish over some pipe/breather? Other than shiney engine bling.....

Not really. Looks nice and makes refilling the gearbox a cinch but, not much else.

A rubber tube leading up to a washing-up bottle would do the trick ;)

Ive just got a pipe going to a small filter, does the job.

Or something like this on the end of a pipe http://www.ebay.co.u...=item19d5a250c0

(Check the sizes first)

I used to use http://www.ebay.co.u...=item483c92999f

Before all the pipes were changed and moved around

Anyone got a picture to where this other pipe screws onto the gearbox. I know the other goes to the breather but not sure where the return screws into.

No. Look for the gear change mechanism on box, it's next to that. A little white cap that pulls off and leaves a stub. Think you're pointing at the filler cap. You can fire a fitting into that and go on there instead but there's no need
