i will have a potential liability for the opponents cost,if the case is lost but upon the instruction i have provided they consider my claim to be succesfull and to recover my cost in full :)
shall i email you they terms of business and you can have a look on the small print
or shall i get the guillotine it is suppose to be a bullet prof case but i do worry as per usual

and noooooo i dont love drama and action only in the vx and not out of the vx ;)
i want a easy life i need to move back to france soon and take the vx with me thats what i told my wife and sale the peugeot :D
she said no way you keep the vx i keep the 1007 peugeot  and we buy a two cv :D

I really hope that she gets her 'just deserts', though trying not to be the bearer of bad news YoB, but even the most clear cut cases can sometimes swing the wrong way, mine bloody did simply because the insurance provider of the car in front submitted thier insured parties "particulars of claim" before the guy behind me. He subsequently used a remark from the guy in fronts statement to change the order of the accident to try and pin the blame on me. 18months later and a court date set, all insurers decideded to settle knock for knock.... Arrrrseholes

after reading this i think i should make sure that i have legal cover on my insurance, because everyone always says it wasnt them, or changes the story in some way. And i suppose all these legal costs cost more than the 29 quid extra, having said that it shouldnt cost you anything as you are the innocent party. Fact is this girl clearly damaged your car and should not get away with it! good luck! chinky chinky

OK, the VX council have decided. We find her guilty. Punishment by way of guillotine at the hands of the Frenchman.

drpau... Guillotine = Quick and Painless -> What you really want to do is strap her in the guillotine to strip her bare by plucking out every hair. Start from the head down and do not forget the eye lids or the arm pits!

Goodness grief AutoVaux have really rattled me... I am such a nice person normally!

Fab, I may be wrong but I think that you can apply to have the hearing transferred to a court near you. Having a hearing in a court 100's of miles away is a tactic used by the other party to try and get you to give up and drop the case......

The Mal Maison is lovely (centre). If you want real luxury though - go for The Lowry in Salford Quays. It's gorgeous, and the rooms are massive; it's where the footballers stay I think... I used to also stay in what was The Rossetti (opposite The Mal Maison) and absolutely *adored* it, but it's been taken over and I'm not sure what it's like now At last you have a date Fab - fingers crossed for you
