I think its about time I upgraded done abit of a search but just wondered what is the stuff I should get.
I want a cd player with ipod connections and want to be able to use the ipod through the stereo. Also want some speakers. Im not that good with understanding the different out puts for speakers etc so need some help.
want to get the best I can but dont want to spend a great deal no more than £200 for stereo and maybe £50- £60 on speakers.
This should be ok http://caraudiosecur...ts_id/5766.html comes with the extra lead
And these too http://caraudiosecur...ts_id/3971.html or these http://caraudiosecur...ts_id/3920.html
Thats what i would do, i mean you can spend more on the H/U but to be honest the VX wont have the best sound stage to make the most of it

I have an Alpine (with the 'proper interface lead'), and as far as I'm aware you cannot use your iPod whilst it is connected to the stereo
ok but can you use the stereo to search through your ipod to find songs albums you want to play?

They are a standard size 16.5 cms.
can also fit 10cm speakers in the front in the airventsgives better all round sound.
Scott.
so are 16 cm to small is it best to go for 16.5 cm?
