A mate just called to check I was okay as he's just passed a black VX (doesn't know if tubby or not) on the a322 in Surrey written off at the side of the road. He said he watched it "stack it with several spins on the other side of the road" and all that's left over is "the cockpit and a bit of the bonnet". Like I said, sounds very nasty so hopefully whoever was in it was able to walk away from it okay. :grouphug:

Saw this on my way home. Its an Black N/a, facing the wrong way on the dual carriageway and with passenger side embedded in the lamppost. Look pretty serious.

It feels like there have been more VX crashes these last few months than there have in the last 7 years. As above hope everyone involved is ok.

Seems to always happen around this time every year with the interchangeable weather. A little earlier this year but seems summer is over. Hope no-one is hurt.

I do hope this thread will not turn out like several others I've read that begun this way. I hope everyone involved is OK.

Drove this exact route this morning, whilst doing some fast road suspension setup adjustments I don't understand the road conditions where fine, at worst just some debris (leafs) on the road, and at the time I was really leaning on the car and pushing it. I hope whoever was involved is okay

:( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( hope your ok. roundabout exits seem to be the number 1 cause of crashes... too early on the throttle.... the problem with public roads is that you never know the surface history... had contaminants been split earlier on.. worn.. etc etc.. not jumping to any conclusions.. hope the driver is ok.

What im getting at ANT is that half the time you cant physically see if contaminants are on the public road surfaces.. i wouldn't put something so obvious as "drive to the conditions" lol

the fact of the matter is, someone has crashed, we dont know who, why or how serious it is. Hopefully the driver will be in good order.it is not a fatal or near fatal matter.

If it's any comfort, if the accident was a 'KSI' (Killed or Seriously Injured) the road would have been closed and the car certainly not left at the side of the road.
