How do they compare visually Ricky. Are they as clear as glass? I'll be putting my car on a diet later this year. This looks like a good starting point :)

Don't be daft. Just throw it from your window into the street and post a few pictures of the damage.

Probably lose as much weight by having a good sh*t before driving the VX, and save some money.

Ricky, you've just disturbed me for life.
Can't belive I actually clicked on that link.

What worries my more was what you saw when you entered 'gay men' into a search engine.
Or did you already have that in your favorites? heh

I have been told to loose some weight.

Hrrm. Its a problem.

Do you drink a bit? If not its fairly easy: just do the Atkins diet and enjoy the bacon & eggs and asparagus with butter and generally make a high protein / fat pig of yourself. Cauliflower au gratin. As much steak as you can face. Just no non-fruit carbs. Its great for Type II dabetics as well. Ride your bike for half an hour 5 days a week, too. It just pours off.

Of course, if you do drink a bit, then your on a hiding to nothing unless you adopt the alternate day diet. That is you don't eat the days you drink and vice versa. Ration yourself to 1000 calories = half a bottle of gin = a good mug of soup and a seriously well-filled sandwich. The half bottle goes quite a long way on an empty stomach and you soon get used to eating alternate days. It works too. Whether its any *good* for you I dunno but it definitely works.

Kind regards - Ian
