one of the front shocks on my vxt has failed after only 500 mile,track miles mind,has anyone else had this experience? they are 3 months old so they are warrented does anyone know the deal with getting it repaired/replaced?

You should just be able to call them for a replacement Where abouts did it fail :blink:

GAZ customer service is tip top, should have you sorted out as soon as you contact them.

sent them mail on xmas eve,got reply on boxing day stating they will send me a new damper, could you ask for better service??

Recieved my new damper,i just have to send my old one back,no messing about. Exellent service from ebay seller ELITE-SHOX i would definately use them again!!
