This one took me about 6 hours all in. Its currently fitted to my car (i like to test them for a couple of hundred miles to check they are ok) and it actually feels better than my original one!

6 hours buy yourself a new dremel i will say a hour at the most or you will have no metal left on it

I've already got 2!
Half an hour degreese/crapifying, the porting only took half an hour or so and the rest was polishing and getting rid of the sanding marks - 400 wet 'n dry then 1200, the rest with polishing compound and dremel. 10 minutes to drill, tap and countersink the new fixings. Jobs a good-un

1/2 hours to degrease love that even the dishwasher is faster

I've got two TB's sat in a box upstairs - think I might be getting the Dremel out this weekend!
They'll pay for your inlet valves at least

well the winner was me but i will be doing mine and then putting that up too lol so will hopefuly recoup most of the cost again
