I'm after all 4 OE brake discs - must be unused. Anyone got some sitting around that they want shot of, before a call to LMF?

No brave pills needed, fully plan to fit myself as well as new pads a new cat and exhaust. (If I can get Sunday off, negotiation with spouse required here)

it's cheaper to buy a "2001> 288mm vectra B front brake disc kit", that includes 2 x OEM discs and a pair of oem brake pads for the vectra, sell the brake pads on ebay and the discs work out even cheaper :D if you just ask for the front brake discs they are more expensive, I have no idea why

Beware of the cheap ones on ebay - they are 286mm dia, not 288mm; though I'm not sure it would really matter

the 286mm are for the smaller engined astra/zafira, I know that as we tried to fit my old 288mm discs to a 1.6 zaf and they were just slightly too big

:yeahthat: But they're advertised for the VX on ebay I sent a question to the seller, he said he'd sold 10's of sets to VX owners and never had anyone come back with issues, but all the same...

I know YorB is sorted for disks but I just wanted to update this thread incase newbies did a search. I ordered a set of 4 brake disks from ebay advertised as 286mm for £50 + delivery. (I thought it was worth the gamble seeing as 2mm is bugger all really) Anyway after them arriving I measured them and they are in fact 288mm and are allied nippon parts so the same pattern parts that camskill use! So I saved about £50 using ebay. chinky chinky
