you will get a gain during overboost, but after than the map will limit engine load using wastegate and throttle control.

 

tbh, you would notice more on a cold day with high atmospheric pressure.

I'm probably in the minority with my thoughts but the noise change was too minor for me

Did you drill the box? If and when you will do that you will defo make a big difference(noise not power), maybe not if you just remove a trumpet Most people thought I was running an open air filter cone, when in fact it just a case that has been drilled a lot
