IMO it makes it the car it should have been from the factory, I'd not driven a turbo until yesterday, a friend has just bought VXR#47 and I had a spin in it yesterday, and I much prefer the sc. Torque from low down and all the way through.

Trying to work out what speed you were getting to at the end of the longest straight (down the runway, before the sharp left hander).. I can only just nudge the ton down there in my slow old NA, and I brake as late as I can! Just trying to see how many mph per £k for the supercharger..

I had a top speed of 122 on the scangauge and I would imagine thats where it was, as the day went on I was trying to brake later and later there until at one point I decided not to try and turn left and considered that straight on through the cones would be the better way out!!!!!

Unfortunately not, all I've got is 105 from me taking a quick look as late as I could, had 158bhp then and 241 now

Car will be at BoT all day next Thursday if you want to see what an excellent job Courtenays did, if you want a pax I'm sure Jez or Steff will oblige

Excellent, thanks. Probably won't get a chance to get down there that day (busy unpacking from moving house the previous day!), but would certainly be up for a pax at Abingdon if I can make it there next month..

Wont be doing Abingdon at the end of Sept as going to La Croix on 7th Oct, going to Hullavington on the 18th Sept instead, will almost def be at Abingdon end of Nov though

Really!!! thats fast! I only get to around 110mph!! iirc?! Got to 120ish in the mk indyblade! My mates sc atom got to 130ish.

Too busy looking at the track at that point, but the time before last I went out in the passenger seat of my friends 996 Turbo and he hit 133mph down the straight. I think my Eunos I hit about 120mph, but its hard to tell as the speedo only goes to 110mph. The VX I think I was about 110ish ?
