I'm sure that you still use it. On the wiring of the Tmap it's still in use?

Ok no worrys and that will be good if you could let me know. To me it looks like the ITA is still connect and is feeding the new map sensor.

I'm 98% sure that the Tmap sensor is to replace the map sensor and to replace the original air intake sensor otherwise the ECU would get confused with 2 sensors feeding on the same signal wire

Looking at that pictures it looks like its loses both. Shame as I've only just drilled the hole in my intake.

TMAP replaces both functions of temperature sensor and MAP sensor, clearly the previous items aren't needed.

Did a bit more on the vx today. The carbon wing mirrors where looking old and the lacquer was peeling from stone chips. So hours of sanding down and then sprayed with some new lacquer they where looking like new again.

What lacquer did you use Luke? I presume it was a uv lacquer or are they all uv resistant?

Yeah just a body lacquer so it will be uv protected. The cf dosnt actually need any lacquer and will be fine with out it. I just put it back on to give it the shine.

ECU wasn't in when I left at midday but the new injectors were in, the 6 rib conversion, the new fuel pump and TMAP sensor were all done.

How did the rest progress fellas?
