Saw BAL80A last night. Not sure if Rocky was driving it. (oh yeah, it was on a Honda granny wagon) Also heard of a local who has made his plate look like "2GOOD". Pfff, chav. Bet it's not even his name  iirc, the Z4 is not entirely oem. So the chances of finding something faster is slightly reduced ;)

Saw a car dealer a few months ago trying to flog an Aston Martin Vanquish who thought it would be a selling point to include the exclusive private plate "1 VANK" I mean...really...would you WANT to be seen with that message on the front of your car!!??? JJ

Well I have 'W33 FGN' spaced legally. If your scottish, small and have second name of FAGAN then it's a crackin' plate. Luckily I am all three of the above.

M44NGH for me! - With absolutely no tinkering! Not on the VX though! Had considered the M88NGH for the Vx, but then my bro bought it and stuck it on his Fiesta ST. Looks a little thumbsdown with that and the MG sat side by side on the drive.

DWA 1L for me and L154 LOU for the missus, bought in a dvla auction pretty cheaply, they are good for hiding a cars age,but its not really something i would bother with now what the crafty dvla do is wait until they have had a couple of enquiries for a plate thats not on the market or in use and list it in a sale so if your after something specific you cant find its worth a call to the dvla

I've got a dateless 3 number 2 letter job, but not even bothered putting it on my Astra. This has been in our family for god knows how many years, worth a few grand, and looks classy IMHO. I like funny plates, but some just look crap. Did consider R444LYE for my old 106, but never bothered in the end. Am on the lookout for something unusual plate-wise for the rallycar though, just a shame it's on an E plate so bit restricted.

Think I was having a bad day when I posted on this earlier (was a bit mr angry) , though still agree with what I wrote about the people who do that site and people who mess around with plates to make them look like names. Never been a fan of private plates for names as anything thats too obvious or tries to spell something can be more rememborable, which I dont think is a good thing, but I do understand wanting to get a non date related plate, as this can stop some cars ageing, such as Porsche 911's, Elises, vx's and others. I saw you were typing but never got the post, your plate to hide the age is ok-don't forget I've got N 16 YAS properly spaced on a 3/4 plate. (have you been :drink: or just fancied a rant )
