Hah! Metal frame my shiny metal ass! I removed my fibreglass sills and the FIBREGLASS windscreen frame sagged 12mm in short order from the weight of the screen. My hardtop will be IN PLACE when my fibreglass sills and the windscreen go back in! Those are what hold the frame in the right place.I don't think the angle is wrong as it is bonded on to the metal frame built in to the chassis so this should be straight.

It is possible that the screen is in the right place and the surround is not since it is a heated screen.Well Im going to email them tonight with all the pictures and then give them a ring tmrw. Sh*t happens I guess. Will keep all informed on what happens. The heated screen is awesome mind !

It's well known that the windscreen frame isn't strong that's why you shouldn't haul yourself out of the car with it.It's more than a little scary how weak and floppy the chocolate windscreen frame is.
