Going the sc route for my Striker and wondering if anyone has any contacts for supplying Rotrex chargers and parts.

Don't know but have a look on the mk1 section of www.imoc.co.uk I'm sure someone can tell you, a PM to Chris Wilson will probably liberate the answer, (race car engine builder) who's into 4ages running a 450bhp turbo one.

Right, latest development. Just done a deal on a complete engine package complete with Rotrex s/c intercooler, radiator, basically everything to fit it into my Striker. Roll on 270bhp in 560 kilos thumbsup Engine revs are only limited to 7400 as its using standard rods, so have ordered a set of steel rods in the US. These coupled to some JE pistons should allow the revs to go up to 8700 if required :o All from a 20v 1600.

Its a C30-94. When its all in and running I am going to try some different inlet restrictors as this is supposed to be a good way of moving the torque curve around without losing top end power, we shall see.

These inlet restrictors are just what they are; restricting the top end power so you can get a nice shaped torque curve with a smaller pulley. thumbsup (Centrifugals normally have a climbing torque curve with higher rpm's.)

Does anyone knows this company: http://www.rotrexsuperchargers.co.uk

They have Rotrex conversions for about £2700

I would be interested and they are just not far from where I live. I sent an email to ask for some info... I will let you know. If they will requeire some extra money to createa kit for the VX220 we can form a group buy.

Hi Foxinrun Where are you from? I'd love to see some more details of your conversion.. perhaps start your own thread about it? Cheers, Richard
