I am tempted to develop my own toe bar brace kit, just need the time to model it and actually run a simulated stress test.

Depends if your trying to rip everyone design off which seems to be the trend or actually have some key design changes :lol:

what exactly can you change to make that much difference? :lol:

its a bit like an engine.... all follow the same style with some tweaks to make them look different, but dnot do anything different.

its obvious what the fail modes are but no one seems to really approach these in a different light. Agreed that in principle they are the same but i personally think there is a load of changes that would be able to actually get these rose joints to work without exerting too much load and causing them to wear out.
