Better add £600 onto that as that doesnt include the actual wishbones with the extra fixing plates

I can't remember who it was, but I thought I had seen someone on here who had welded brackets like that onto his ordinary wishbones and fabricated a pair of toe links. Would definitely reduce the heat issue drying out the joints. But how strong these would be is another matter.

There is a German company that produces a toe-link kit that looks really good, although I don’t know if they still produce it... The company is called Dempert Automotive http://www.dempert-automotive.de

The kit looks like this:

Some photos (admittedly sh** ones), of the Phoenix motorsport toe links. Not got the brace bar fitted yet as the VX ones are longer than the Elise versions and Ollie is waiting on delivery. When I get the brace bar fitted I will take some proper photos with the undertray off.

How much do Pheonix charge for thier kit fitted?

Just been looking up the variety of options could obviously then get Ollie to redo the tracking whilst it was in as I recently changed one of the front track rod ends and have the other one to do this week and depending on where I go for them I will order a new set or ARB links as well.

The Toe Links are £220 with the brace bar its £280 (or maybe 260 cant remember which), Ive only paid the £220 so far as waiting on the brace bar. Then add £60 for geo thumbsup My total bill including fitting etc was £370, Thats for the toe links, brake fluid change, re-geo and then £50 for MOT (which it sailed through  )

Nice pics. The brace bar looks like it follows the double sheer approach like the photos of that exige so may not offer that much bracing?? £60 for it though is stunning value, it looks like its made from aluminium.

OK I see wht you meant about double sheer approach, but that just means that the stress is not passed to the subframe, and is taken by the bar/very large rose joints. What's wrong with that, and why do we think that will offer less bracing than fitting it to a subframe with a couple of 6mm bolts and bracing the subframes together?

Phoenix kit just arrived now, and it looks very robust

This Phoenix solution looks very interesting.........

What are the contact details for these guys? Is it these guys?:- http://phoenixmotorsport.co.uk/

Should I be asking for someone in particular?

Hi Jimmy/drpau, did you ever fit this and the brace bar. What were your impressions, worthwhile upgrade?
