the wastegate seems to have jammed open, snapping the arm on the actuator, not sure if the arm snapped causing the thing to jam or the thing jammed causing the arm to snap.
i have tried pulling on the wastegate arm but i cant shift it,how do i try and free it off without causing damage, assuming that it should move pretty freely
any advise would be welcome
thanks darronPosted Image

Mine jammed a few times the other week while I was replacing the actuator but it free'd off with a bit of a pulling and twisting. If yours really is jammed u could try gently tapping the turbine housing while tryin to move it. It's a bit of a crap design when u look at it from inside and is prone to getting stuck if opened too far.
