400 note though that would be 400bhp seen in the engine..... so take out pumping losses, the S/C losses, the water pump and the alternator and you would be looking at about 350ish at the fly to be happily 'safe'

are you trying to cheer me up again mate :rolleyes: was thinking 370+ I should make, better remove that water and oil pump.

Thinks engine build #3 ££££

edit how easy to change the liners do they go up?, can I do it with the engine in situ?, head off and drop the sump or is it crank out and they go through the bottom?

liners are quite easy to fit, just damn expensive to do thumbsdown there is at least one engine with liners in the uk thumbsup
