Must resist. Think calm thoughts, think calm thoughts

Just think of sinking your face into a pair of large comforting breasts.

Or if you have a pair available, actually do it. Then let me have a go.

No idea who moved it, but it seems relevant that, as they are a modification, related to tuning a car, that this is the right section for it...

I didn't realise a standard VXT came without an intercooler.

I don't have any objection to it being moved, it was just without notice or reason.

its been moved as its a tuning/modification not discussion about a standard vx220 :P

stop being arsy and get your car on a dyno :P

maybe its time to arrange a rolling road event ;)

also being a passenger it tends to make you feel like the car is faster as you are not in control so :P

I can smell something. Smells like bullshit.

Mind that's probably cos I need a sh** and I can't go cos I'm waiting for a phone call

Have we had a MMG tuned car on a rolling road yet?

Genuine question before anybody gets super defensive.

Would that be a rolling road dyno that gives you + 20 hp or - 20 hp? :P

As long as the cars go on the same dyno on the same day with the same settings the end figure will be irrelevant, the difference between the cars figures will be key.

I agree. But that's not what people keep banging on about. Everyone keeps saying on road dyno's are rubbish, get a rolling road dyno done. Different rolling roads produce different results for the same car.

So all the people that have posted dyno's using different rolling road dyno's are ok. But the rolling road dyno that I've used isn't? Or are you saying that everyone who have used different rolling road dyno's are also wrong? :P

Always take dyno runs with a pinch of salt. It could be +/- 20bhp for all we know.

It's the best anyone has, same duno, same day. Unless someone has a bench dyno and fancies taking 12 engines out lol. I'm sure they can be fiddled as well!

:yeahthat:
I remeber being at the RS tuning RR day organised by Z22SE.com and loads of people with tuned NA's getting what seemed like low results saying it must be that the dyno was conservative. Until I put Jane's old car on it and got 142bhp.

So what's being said now is that it would be irrelevant if I had a rolling road dyno, as I'd need to compare it to something else
