I have a Group A cossie cone filter connected by a 100mm alloy tube to feed my itb's

think I still have a section of 100mm alloy tube you can have, saves me throwing it away thumbsup

Would it be ok to have a 100mm outlet on filter, 100mm 90degree bend going to a 80mm tb Or would it just be best to have 80mm air filter going to 80mm tb?

aslong as you make the transition as smooth as possible it should be fine imho. a 4" 90deg bend isnt going to impeeeeed flow that much

Best would be 100mm pipe then a 100 to 80 reducing bend, but there wouldn't be much in it.

Haven’t been through the full topic, but as far as bends effecting air flow goes, for perfect air flow, ie, negligible turbulence you want to be looking at a straight length of pipe approximately 5 times the internal diameter of the pipe, or something like that. Obviously in our stupid little cars that’s probably fairly difficult.
