So I think it will be the best that everybody find a group for the delivery. I think it will be the best to go on until 10/01/2011.

That means to save E15 I've got to go and collect it from somewhere prob not close by. By the time I've paid for petrol and the time to do it its not worth it so, sorry but, I 'll have mine delivered direct to me.

They're really nice looking splitters, the nicest fit ive seen on a VX actually... but that price is madness for a small piece of ABS/plastic :wacko: I suppozie its no different to most mods/parts for the VX though, nothings really reasonable in price.

Its the best looking by miles, is it ABS/Plastic or GRP though? If plastic at least it will be durable, GRP it'd probably last 10 minutes.

ABS/plastic would flex if knocked etc where as fibreglass would just crack, a splitter being the lowest point of the body id say its quite important to find out what they're made of from a personal opinion :)

The product is in GFK with black Gelcoat.

Steffan gives this as the material. Isn't this some sort of reinforced fibreglass?

GFK = Glasfaserverstärkter Kunststoff

Just normal GRP I think

I suppoze the plus side to them being made of GRP, is the ease of repairing them when/if they do crack compared to ABS which would be a lot more difficult.
