At this time of year the sun is low in the sky and wonderfully bright, looks great, but horrible for driving and as I prefer to have my retinas intact, not to mention I find them useful for day to day tasks.

My question is can the Elise Parts Sun Visors fit the VX? The website says it won't but from the pics it looks like the could, and also are they any good as it says "It’s made from anti-glare polycarbonate and is “see through” so even on dark days, the road ahead is still visible." So I assume it's the same as the SunStrip along the top of the car?

Thought, opinions?

My sunstrip Photo does the job nicely. thumbsup

You just might need to fit a short wiper to get through the MOT.

I had this on my car last year and there was no problem with the MOT

Would you be able to fit the sunstrip on the inside of the window? And then the wiper would never foul the sunstrip would it.. Just a thought

:yeahthat: No it wasn't but its not on my car anymore. Some heavy weather on my 110 mile blast to barracks abliterated my sunstrip into about a million pieces. Bits of vinyl everywhere which was a PITA to clean up. I will learn from my mistakes and get the next one on the inside though thumbsup And tbh a nice pair of sunglasses are more than up to the job chinky chinky

Ditto. It would make roof off, winter driving far more pleasant if my face didn't freeze off!

Most sunstrips are external fitting, you'll find its the graduated ones that are meant for the inside of cars.

Yours is either not 'most' sunstrips then or you've fitted it wrong :P
