I'd love to know what % of RR see anything other than Tarmac.

For sure I will. The "big" adventures are the only thing that are worth watching these days. It's still the best thing on at 8pm on a Sunday night. But nobody in their right mind can say that 40 minutes of a twatting Multipla was /is/could ever be entertaining.

I actually enjoyed it. Sure it was silly and had no real motoring merit. And it was clearly staged. But there were some amusing parts.

I had to resort to the Aspall's Premier Cru tonight. I'm usually happy to defend Top Gear for being the entertainment (albeit with the common thread of a car) programme that it is. Sure the Range Rover is great and a massive improvement than the carts that have gone before but, we knew that months ago. The old git wagon feature was just a total waste of time and wasn't in the slightest bit amusing. I guess if they're doing the Africa thing over 2 shows, then tonights was effectively the last of the series - not exactly a crowning glory.
