I actually respected Fab's request not to go into the kitchen

It might have had something to do with the constant pestering that he let me have a quick peek :lol:

knife is and yes pretty good camera as well

I would be interested in the 9" 20.5 cm Kai Shun bread knife. thumbsup

Cheapest I've seen is about £128.00 plus delivery. I had been looking at ceramic but the problem with ceramic knives is brittleness. I have a titanium/ceramic pocket knife which was like a razor when I got it but I'm disappointed at how quickly it has blunted plus it's difficult to sharpen.
