ATLAST, Real oil info from someone who's no selling it (well not directly anyway ) :)

Someone has to sell the stuff this chap develops :)

True, but short of a few obvious brands owned by our shareholders, it's difficult to identify which brand names are linked to which oil, oil marketers change additive suppliers and oil types periodically due to aging specs [for example, all oils now should have ACEA 2008 claims, replacing the previous ACEA 2004, as ACEA tighten the specs with each update, earlier oils with 2004 claims may not have 2008 claims, forcing the oil marketer to change brands], supply issues, or simply country needs [the brand name the oil is sold under is not the same in each country. Take Castrol; they sell Edge as their premium product, but premium requirements in europe are different to that of the US ect, so are different oils]

What did you see in the results you liked? Last time we had Royal Purple looked at it was not very inmpressive, that was a few years ago now.

Cheers

Guy.

I've contacted them asking for how they've tested and demonstrated their performance. If I get a response i'll put it up here and translate what it actually means

Excellent, I would be interested in that.

Cheers
