Hey Ben, stumped on this...only thing I can think is double check that both the supply clamps on your battery are nice and tight. Maybe if the battery/leads have shifted a bit and aren't making good contact, when you tried cranking it yesterday it couldn't get enough juice out and today they may have been disturbed further by clamping the charger on etc.

Good luck with it tomorrow.

:yeahthat:

It's always best to have them on very tight.

Cheers! I'll check and sort the battery connections this evening. Hopefully that fixes it otherwise ill have to swap some fuses. If that fails then I'm gonna be angry man! Josh; its pretty freakin annoying. Luckily I don't use it to get to work.

Right so after my lights, radio, heater, alarm e.t.c worked yesterday, nothing works today and the interior light barely even illuminates! Maybe those LED number plate bulbs drained the battery?! I've changed them back now and will have to walk to Halfords to buy a battery charger then pull the battery out to charge it!!! I do have breakdown cover and was/am tempted to ring them to give it a charge/bump start. I heard bump starting a VX was a no-no though. Any truth in this?

AA wouldnt bump start, they have a battery powered battery booster that would do the job

I forgot to mention that changing the number plate bulbs back to standard fixed the problems!
