At the MOT station. Emissions were close even with standard CAT. I blame the regal exhaust. Fingers crossed for the rest.

:-) It's the only thing that's changed. The MOT tester said that it's common with free flow backboxes on vx's. They solved the lambda reading by blocking the tailpipe up with a very wet rag - slowing the gases and allowing the oxygen content to drop.
