Not strictly true old boy. Robin was quoted something stupid like £30 extra for an scAdmiral wont touch anything with a mod on it.

They did the same to me stage 4 => no quote mate. and I am 31, 5 NCB
Have you tried http://www.classiclineinsurance.co.uk/ on limited mileage policy my stage 4 with 2 claims and 3 points was £350. I am old though.
not even a quote!

How many miles have you got on that cover Chris?adrian flux was for me the cheapest, i have everything declaired now and i pay less than £500

Exhaust/manifold, filter and "exterior decorative changes" declared on mine no bother.
The Exterior decorative changes covers my hard-top, wheels & front V being a different colour etc.

Snap no problems with my VX exhaust or my remap on the VRs. Sure the wheels will be fine too when I change them.

Interesting, they said they wouldn't touch anything with a remap and are very dodgy about most other things.
