I currently have M1144 all round on my vx and the brake dust is ruining my wheels! I want more power and less dust - is this possible? I am thinking of giving M1155 or padgid rs42's a go. Are these any better dust wise?

I went from 1144's to 1155's on my Europa. I have found them as good braking wise as the 1144's, but with less fade and less dust :)

imho Bollocks....

mind you the wheels were pre fcuked before getting to 1155's but the dust from those was just as sticky as the PFB dust, but less aggressive

Any recommendations for pads with low 'corrosive' dust?

I had 1155s on one of my cars once. They were borderline dangerous if you forget that they dont work for the first couple of presses. Replaced with standard issue 1144s.

Really? We're the discs ok? Not had any such issues myself when disks and pads changed.

What is one of those JG? One that sits on the car in the garage or one that sits in the garage on the shelf? :P :)

This 'crap from cold' does need a little bit of caveating.... The pfb 97's I ran werent as great when cold as when it, but we're still a billon times better than oem/green stuff. Same/similar for 1155's too.
