Yeah, I could see this coming a mile off. The last few years, the show has suddenly become totally Americanised. Even Mikes got his little section of bodging some fixes. As Ed says, the in workshop footage has vastly decreased and it's all scripted dross now. Much respect that he had the dignity to remove himself from it, it must have been all too easy to accept the pay cheque each series (that's series!!! NOT season, pet hate)
