Paint on mine seems to be holding out ok. Black does help hide dirt + any flaking though...

Some times sh*t happens... This time it happened to me.    managed to order the wrong clutch slave cylinder, from saab 9-3 2.0T.  It looks the same, but now I know that the inner seal diameter differs in 3mm.  It's a pity I figured it out after the car was completely assembled and ready for a test drive.  :beat:     so after re striping the car car, taking out the gear box, changing the cylinder and putting everything to it's place I'll have to spend some hours cleaning my yard from the gear box oil       Hope to take out the gear box is not very difficult and won't take more than few hours.

Not long now hopefully, I think we are all hoping that you get it on the road for the rest of the summer before the ice and snow :)

BACK from riding rallly to writing...  Because of the weather and  rules to be on winter tires starting November 1st My season this year is over :( ...

Managed to do 4k km and get in to connection with my car :)

After the car was finished and ready for a ride I forgot all the computer stuf and strated to test my new toy joy, and to say the truth it wasn't the love at first sight. Yes I like the looks of the car, but the driving experience was absolutely different from anything I have ever tried, so for the first 1000km was not shure if i like the car or not.  Now all the doubts are gone, and can't imagine anything better, ok I can, probably turbo or supercharged NA :D

So as I haven't posted any pictures of my toy as it was finished,  Tadam !!   her it is (absolutely standard at the moment):

few more, on my opinion not so bad shots:

My one of the best friend's SUBARU STI,, I admire it's power but it can't compete in handling with the VX.  While going together for a ride, it was very interesting to compare the handling on both of these cars, and driving one right after another I notices STI udersteering right away...

Size comparison:

Some posing with proper company  :

What I like about my car, that she is just one in my city, like the rest two from the photo, and because of it I can get in to the beast's like Godzila, what I probably  won't own in my life... :D

Did a TRACK DAY rallly :

and almost trashed my car :beat: ....

Making 180 degrees downhill  on 130km/h wasn't excited at all.  But thanks to the circuit gods I managed to get out from that just with broken wing mirror and some stone chips on the side

I have done two big mistakes:

1. I went to the circuit after doing just 500km on my firs  rwd car

2. I went to the circuit on the old (2005) tires what came with the car :beat: :beat: :beat: :9mm:

So the first thing to is new tires, and new rims ....

Have purcheased ATS wheels ( the same style as ATS Wolf what were made for escort cosworth) but the ET is 44m was told it was 35.

that's how it looks on the car :

I like the wheels, but will need big spacers and have weighted the wheel, they are just 10.9kg each...   so probably will return them back to the seller or maybe will keep on my SAAB.
