Looks good Nicol

Also want to start work on my phat sub too.

Started mine today, we're doing suspiciously similar work, you just seem better at doing it :)

Was mulling over making a mould for the sub enclosure (a parcel shelf mounted one) not sure what the demand would be though.

Mate, would bloody love an off the shelf sub enclosure!! I had one before but sold it on as it was a smidge too big and meant I couldn't put my seat all the way back. Regret it...

Thanks for all the positive comments y'all. My girlfriend thinks I'm a twat for spending so much ruddy time on it :P

Sir! *doffs imaginary cap* I continue to be impressed. Despite thinking Coral Blue was the best colour for about 8 or so years, I'm totally sold on Rabiata. It just looks spot on. Love the attention to detail and it sounds like the mechanicals are just as impressive. Looking forward to seeing it close up.

Cheers SlamDunk Fezza, let me know if you're thinking of going ahead with a mould. I've bought an old parcel shelf from Liz and its all prepped to get some GRP thrown at it...

Ah, I already did that this morning, I have a resin moulding drying in my garage right now. Will sand it down next week and turn it into decent plug for a mould. Was thinking something along the lines of the 'proper' lotus one here; http://fasttoys.net/...ofer-Enclosure/ but just keeping it to gloss black gel coat rather than body matching as I don't have spray facilities (yet :s) Also thinking offset speaker and a recess on the other side to mount the amp to the face of the enclosure, but happy to take other views as I haven't made up my mind yet.

Amy, there will certainly be one (for myself) if I'm happy with it I'll make up a few more and make them available. My desire is to have them easy to install and remove so I can take it out when I want the space or to remove the weight. Anyway, back to the lovely car. It really is where I wish mine was. I'm quite jealous.

So brakes have been the focus of the last flurry of activity. Changed up the flexis to HEL braided lines which I've had lying around for ages now, replaced the front callipers for new ones (go faster Lotus versions no less) as well as fitting new discs and pads all round.

Got the first drawer filled of my tool chest too, which fills me with much joy...

Got an eezibleed in order to easily bleed (I see what theyve done there... ) the fluid but still need to do a final flush through again as its not as solid as it should be.

I also managed to source a set of VXT rear lights, which mean the last of the silver has gone! Sweeet. They are in freakin mint condition, so will be punting my N/A ones in due course. Before left, after right...
