What about heatshielding where the carpet normally is? How much? Paypal details/availability? Stop slacking! Would you class this as essential?

I will work out a price today. I am going to make a 'chimney' around the turbo and some heat reflective material stuck to the bulkhead as per Simons car. Open to other suggestions? Simon and I were looking at the fuel hatch yesterday so can look at that also. Dave.

Working on the pricing of this at the moment. Do you want to put the mounting holes in the panel yourselves? I have used 5mm rivnuts in the bulkhead. Threaded folded over tabs as used to hold parts of the under trays to the chassis could also be used. Dave

Just to be clear the rivnuts are in the back panel/ bulkhead of the car and the hatch is bolted through from inside the cockpit. Some sealing rubber/foam will be needed between the access panel and the bulkhead. I would just be putting 16 x 5 mm holes in the panel. To fit the rivnuts is just a case of holding the panel in position drilling through, remove the access panel, open up the holes in the bulkhead and then fit the rivnuts (assuming you have the tools!). Just leave it undrilled, easier to drill straight through you know the holes will line up then.

If I were buying I would want it plain for the reasons above. The access hatch is 26 1/2" wide by 10 1/2" high (675mm by 270mm) and obviously the opening in the bulkhead is a bit smaller!!! I can fit the tubular manifold, waste gate and first part of the down pipe to the engine with ease through the opening. Dave
